Instructions

In a medium bowl, season the salmon with the oil, chili powder, cumin, adobo, salt, and pepper.

Air fry the salmon at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes, until desired doneness (alternatively, bake on a sheet pan in a 375°F oven).

In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and ketchup.

Arrange the salmon on a platter and drizzle the sauce on top. Garnish with the scallions, sesame seeds, and chilies.
