Fiber One 70 Calorie Chocolate chip brownie

Light chocolate syrup

Peel the bananas; cut them into 1-inch chunks and place in a zip-close plastic freezer bag. Seal and freeze until frozen solid, at least 2 to 3 hours.

Place the frozen bananas in a food processor; puree, scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula. Add the vanilla and pulse to combine. Transfer to a bowl and gently stir in the crumbled Fiber One Brownie Bars. Serve with optional chocolate syrup served over top.
