Almost too thick to sip with a straw—you'll need a spoon to get every sweet bite. This is one of those milkshakes that friends and family will ask for over and over again. And since they take five minutes to make and you only need four ingredients, you can oblige them! Simply combine low-fat milk, fat-free caramel topping, sliced frozen banana, and vanilla ice cream in a blender until everything is nice and smooth. Be sure to serve it cold or it won't taste nearly as good. Try using other frozen fruits too if you want to mix things up a little bit.

1 large, sliced and frozen
Light vanilla ice cream
- Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately. Yields about 3⁄4 cup per serving.
