crushed red pepper flakes¼ tsp
table salt¼ tsp
uncooked carrot(s)1 ½ cup(s), cut into matchsticks
sweet red pepper(s)1 cup(s), thinly sliced
snow peas1 cup(s), trimmed
canned water chestnut(s)8 oz, drained
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium-size bowl; stir with a whisk. Stir in carrots and remaining 3 ingredients. Cover and let stand 1 hour. Yields about 1 cup per serving.
