Spoon this delicious apple filling into your favorite premade pie crust or mini dessert cups for an easy go-to treat. Or you can swirl some into your hot oatmeal for a delicious morning treat. Keep some on hand in the fridge for whenever you may need it. This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled. If you want to make mini pies as a fun and quick, impressive dessert (and as one of our favorite ways to utilize this filling), simply spoon the filling into ramekins and decorate with uncooked pie crust strips; bake in the oven until heated through and the crust is browned and cooked.
