There's nothing more beautiful or easier to serve than a colorful antipasto plate. This recipe is designed to serve one, but you can easily scale it up for the perfect party appetizer or snack. Here, we call for fennel wedges or sticks, halved grape tomatoes, an assortment of olives, shaved Parmesan cheese, and basil leaves, but you can mix things up and include other hearty veggies, fresh herbs, cured meats, and a variety of cheeses. Also feel free to pair this antipasto plate with a hearty bowl of minestrone soup or a pesto chicken salad sandwich for a lovely, fresh Italian-inspired meal.
