Canned tuna is good for more than tuna salad sandwiches. Try this inexpensive protein star in a burger coated with crispy panko breadcrumbs and loaded with 28 grams of protein. Go wild with the veggie toppings and switch up the seasonings in the burger patty. If you have any fresh herbs like mint, scallions, parsley, or cilantro you're looking to use up, feel free to mix those in too. No matter what you put in, just make sure not to skip chilling the patties in the fridge so they keep their shape in the fryer.
