Notes

Preheat broiler. Combine oil, rosemary and tempeh in a bowl. Season to taste and let marinate. Thread tempeh onto a metal skewer, alternating with pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes. Broil until warm. Serve kebab with rice and asparagus.
