Notes

Preheat broiler. Coat chicken with mustard and sprinkle with pepper flakes. Broil until no longer pink. Heat a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray. Add onion flakes, pepper and spinach. Drizzle with lemon juice and season to taste. Sauté until spinach is wilted. Serve chicken and sautéed vegetables with squash and butter.
