Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Season ground turkey to taste with salt, pepper and basil; brown until cooked through. Add tomato sauce, heat through and serve over spaghetti. In a small bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, celery and dressing; toss to coat.
