Chinese Beef with Broccoli over Rice

uncooked lean trimmed sirloin beef
4 oz, , cubed
2 cup(s), , florets
cooked long grain brown rice
½ cup(s), , kept hot
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and beef. Sauté, shaking pan to brown beef, about 4 to 5 minutes. Add teriyaki sauce and ginger and shake again to coat beef. Add broccoli and stir; heat through. Serve over rice.
