Your 7-day dinner plan: spring edition
Whether you're a novice in the kitchen or an expert home cook, we all run out of dinner ideas eventually and can be left scrambling come 5 o'clock (hummus and crackers can count as dinner, right?!). Planning at least a few dinners for the week ahead of time is a great technique for staying on track and saving time in the kitchen (not to mention the grocery store).
Here are seven simple, delicious recipes for this week that make the most of what spring has to offer, finishing up with a couple of recipes fit for celebrating Cinco de Mayo. Try just a few or try them all, but don't forget to save the ones you love most (if you're in the WW app, just tap the bookmark icon under the recipe title, or "Add to plan" if you're meal planning).
Depending on your comfort level in the kitchen, you can follow the recipes to the letter or use them as a jumping off point for your own kitchen creations. If you're not a fan of feta on your tostada, replace it with shredded reduced-fat Cheddar. Trying to reduce your meat intake? Feel free to substitute canned cannellini beans for the chicken in the spring salad. Happy cooking!
