Burger and Slaw

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup(s) uncooked broccoli use packaged broccoli slaw
- 1/2 cup(s) fresh apple(s) (cut into julienne)
- 1 medium uncooked scallion(s) (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp low-fat vinaigrette salad dressing
- 1 Tbsp sliced almonds
- 3 oz cooked 95% lean ground beef (burger)
- 1 item(s) light English muffin (toasted)
- 2 leaf/leaves (large) lettuce
- 2 slice(s) fresh tomato(es)
- 2 tsp mustard (or to taste)
- 2 tsp ketchup
Instructions
Combine slaw, apple, scallion, vinaigrette and almonds in a bowl. Serve with burger on English muffin with lettuce, tomato, mustard and ketchup.
