Skimmed Milk

Egg, whole, raw

1 medium, raw

Half fat Cheddar cheese

85 g

Mustard Powder

1 teaspoon(s), level

Cayenne Pepper

1 pinch

Chilli, green or red

1 individual, green, sliced

Sourdough Bread

Instructions

  1. Set aside 1 tablespoon of the grated cheese. Then mix the remaining cheese with the egg, milk mustard and cayenne pepper.
  2. Preheat the grill to high, then toast the bread on both sides. Spread the cheese mixture on top and then sprinkle on the reserved cheese and the sliced chilli.
  3. Grill until the cheese has melted and starting to go golden. Serve with a green salad.
