What usually happens at a WW Workshop?

 

WW Workshops are a friendly, supportive environment, where everyone is working towards the common goal of losing weight and building healthy habits that last.

These weekly Workshops are run by WW Coaches who are trained in weight loss, nutrition and behaviour change. Many also have personal experience of the WW programme, and the success that comes with it. They know the programme inside-out, and are fully equipped to support you on your weight loss and wellbeing journey.

When you arrive, you'll have a private Wellness Check-In with your Coach (this is when you weigh in, if you choose). Then, you’ll take a seat ready for the Workshop, where you'll learn a science-based strategy for weight loss. Fun and informative, the discussion gives members the chance to share ideas, celebrate success and help each other find solutions for any challenges.

 

What happens in Virtual Workshops?

 

Given world events, we are taking preventative steps to keep our members and employees safe. After careful consideration, we're currently running Virtual Workshops (live video), rather than in-person Workshops. 

That means you can still attend your Workshop, just from home.

Virtual Workshops will be held via Zoom video conferencing, and will last for around 30 minutes. As always, you'll learn science-based strategies for weight loss, get support from your WW Coach and fellow members to help you meet challenges, and celebrate your success with the WW community.

Weigh-in will occur in the WW app only.

1. Privacy

 

If you don’t like being on camera, you can shut off the video setting at any time. Your weigh-in will happen via the app only.

 

2. Constant support

 

Staying (virtually) connected with others is important, now more than ever. Remember, you can communicate with your fellow members in your Connect group at any time, not just during the live Workshop.

 

3. Convenience

 

Virtual Workshops can happen right from home - you don't even have to leave the sofa!
