Tuna with asparagus and lentils
lentils, canned, rinsed, drained
frozen green peas
tuna, canned in springwater, drained
1 95g can
½ tsp, white vine
high fibre wholemeal bread
Prepare salad using cooked lentils, microwaved peas and asparagus. Mix with celery, dill, watercress, canned, drained tuna in springwater. Drizzle with olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice. Top with black pepper and serve with a whoelmeal bread roll. Follow with a piece of fresh fruit.
