Notes

Place shallots, couscous, coriander, mint, lemon juice and cummin in a bowl. Taste to season with salt and pepper and toss well. Spoon into bowl. Arrange lamb over couscous and top with yoghurt. Enjoy the grapes as an after-lunch sweet treat!
