Grilled zucchini with mint and garlic
1 clove(s), crushed
1 tbs, shredded
1 x 3 second spray(s)
Using a vegetable peeler, cut zucchini into ribbons. Lightly spray with oil and cook on a hot barbecue until lightly charred. Transfer to a shallow plate with oil,lemon juice,garlic and mint. Toss and cool to room temperature.
