Arnott's Cruskits Crispbread, Rye
⅓ cup(s), shredded
Hard boil eggs, cool, peel and mash with mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and pepper. You could add a pinch of curry powder. Spread over 2 Cruskits and top with lettuce.
