These protein-packed muffins are the perfect breakfast or snack. Nutritious and delicious, these sweet bites use protein pancake mix in place of flour.

High protein pancake mix

Dark chocolate chips

Banana
2 medium
Baking soda

Baking powder

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.

In a medium bowl, mash bananas and mix well with wet ingredients

In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients, combine well, and then add chocolate chips.

Fill muffin cups with batter. Bake for 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and serve!
