Tofu Stir-Fry with Scallions and Peppers

In a large pan or wok over medium-high heat, sauté oil, red bell pepper, scallion and snow peas about 5 minutes. Add tofu, spaghetti, and stir-fry sauce. Toss well; cook 5 minutes more. Serve with½ cup steamed or boiled shelled edamame. Enjoy.
