I’m in a regional Virtual Workshop group - do I need to switch to a new National Virtual Workshop?
Nope! Feel free to still attend an existing Virtual Workshop! Our National calendar offers members a chance to have an on-demand Virtual Workshop experience when they need a bit more support outside of their regular Virtual Workshop calendar. Make sure to check the schedule in your local workshop group for the latest updates.
What topics are covered in the National Workshops. Are they different from my local group?
The topics for both national and local workshops will remain the same. In both you can expect to learn from our rooted-in-science curriculum which will help teach you actionable techniques to help you reach your goals!
