Founded in Alberta in 1999, Booster Juice is a Canadian-born brand known for its smoothies and juices, with light snacks available now as well.

With this handy guide, you can easily order off the Booster Juice menu knowing exactly how many Points each item is. You can also find all these items in the WeightWatchers app so you can easily track your order – you can even pre-track before you get there.

Smoothies – Regular Size

The table below shows the Points values of popular smoothies in the regular size, but an easy way to save on Points is to order a snack size instead. Smoothies that are mainly fruit - and veggie-based are lower in points, like the Very Berry and the Tropi-Kale, which are both 9 Points. When you add in things like yogurt, milk or peanut butter, the Points values go up. For example, the Funky Monkey is 16 Points, Bananas-A-Whey is 12, and the Pea (Not) Butter 2.0 is 25 Points.
