Veal with pea mash
lean veal leg steak
lemon pepper seasoning
frozen green peas
99% fat-free plain Greek yoghurt
Sprinkle 150g lean veal fillet with lemon pepper seasoning and pan-fry with 1 tsp olive oil until cooked to your liking. Steam 50g frozen peas and process with 1tbs Greek-style no-fat yoghurt, 1 tsp lemon juice and ¼ clove fresh garlic until smooth. Boil 1 medium chopped carrot and process until smooth. Top carrot with watercress, veal and pea mash.
