Rye toast with avocado and tomato salsa

reduced-fat ricotta cheese

Place avocado, tomatoes, pinch chilli flakes and lemon juice in a small bowl. Stir to combine. Toast bread and top with ricotta and avocado mixture. Sprinkle with 1 tsp finely chopped fresh chives and season with pepper. Serve.
