Notes

Pan fry 1 medium (150g)lean butterfly pork steak with 1 tsp sunflower oil. Add 1 sliced small pear and fry gently until cooked. Wilt 1 cup shredded sliverbeet in the pan. Steam 1 cup shredded red cabbage, 1/2 bunch steamed broccolini and 1/2 cup sweet potato. Mash the sweet potato. Top the pork with pear and serve with mash and vegetables. Sprinkle with 2 tsp roasted sunflower seeds.
