Notes

Heat oil in a pan. Brown onion, garlic, carrot, celery, zucchini and mushrooms. Add drained lentils and tomato pasta sauce. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes. Serve with boiled spaghetti and top with parmesan cheese.
