balsamic vinegar

seafood marinara mix

boiled pasta

60 g, , cooked, kept warm

fresh basil

Heat a non- stick frying pan over medium heat. Spray with oil. Add onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes or until tender. Add tomato, stock, vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Add marinara mix and cook for a further 3-5 minutes. Stir through basil and serve over pasta.
