skim milk

savoy cabbage

Boil or steam 100g desiree potatoes (chopped). Drain. Place in a bowl and mash until almost smooth. Stir in 1 tbs skim milk. Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add ½ cup shredded savoy cabbage and cook, stirring occasionally for 3 minutes or until wilted. Add 1 green shallot (thinly sliced) and ½ garlic clove (crushed) and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. Stir cabbage mixture into mash until combined. Serve.
