Skinless chicken breast

100 g, ,excess fat trimmed, thinly sliced

cooked fresh pasta

60 g, ,(fettucine or spaghetti), cooked

Fresh strawberries

1 cup(s), ,hulled

Notes

Preheat grill on high. Spray vegetables with olive oil. Cook under grill, turning frequently until tender. Spray chicken and cook in a non-stick pan over medium heat for 5 minutes or until just cooked through. Toss chicken with vegetables, pasta, basil, cottage cheese and olives. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy strawberries as an after dinner treat.
