Items shipped by WW ship all items to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Island. All APO/FPO orders will be sent via Ground Shipping.
Within the US you can choose to have your items delivered by Ground or 2-Day shipping. All international orders to APO and FPO addresses are sent via the United States Postal Service. APO/FPO packages can take up to 30 days to be delivered.

WW Marketplace items ship to the continental US and are not eligible for 2-Day shipping.
You can estimate how many days it will take for your order to arrive by adding the handling time to the shipping time. All shipping and handling times indicated in the Online Store are estimates and may vary from times indicated, particularly for orders outside of the 48 contiguous states.

Please read the following return policy relating to items purchased from our Online Store.
Purchases from the Online Store cannot be returned to any WW Studio locations.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from our Online Store, we will accept returns of all non-food items purchased within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less any shipping and handling, except final sale products or gift cards which are nonrefundable. We do not accept returns of food products unless damaged or defective.
If you receive damaged or defective items, we will either reship your order at no charge to you, or provide a full refund of your purchase price, including the shipping and handling charges on your original order. You will need to contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you would like to exchange your faulty item for a replacement, please contact Customer Service as set forth below.
Please note that in warmer months there is some risk that chocolate snack bars will arrive melted. Unfortunately we cannot control the temperature and conditions the bars are exposed to once they leave our fulfillment center. We recommend refrigerating the melted bars to return them to their normal state.We do not consider these items defective or damaged and this return policy does not apply to them.

Please note that returns sent back to us without a Return Authorization are processed as unauthorized returns, which can delay processing and in some cases result in us being unable to match the return to your account.
