Shipping and Returns

Where we ship

We ship all items to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Island. All APO/FPO orders will be sent via Ground Shipping.

Within the US you can choose to have your items delivered by Ground or 2-Day shipping. All international orders to APO and FPO addresses are sent via the United States Postal Service. APO/FPO packages can take up to 30 days to be delivered.

When selecting Ground shipping:
For orders over 9 pounds:
If shipping to a residential address - will ship via UPS
If shipping to PO, FPO & APO Box - will ship via USPS

For orders under 9 pounds shipping to a residential address, PO, FPO & APO Box:
Your order will be delivered by USPS

When your order will arrive:

You can estimate how many days it will take for your order to arrive by adding the processing time to the carrier delivery time. All processing and delivery times indicated in the Online Store are estimates and may vary from times indicated, particularly for orders outside of the 48 contiguous states.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Shipping and handling rates are calculated based on the value of the order being placed.

For orders under $75.00:

Ground shipping: $8.95
2-Day shipping: $15.95

Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, USVI and Puerto Rico

Ground shipping: $17.95
2-Day shipping: $25.95

Shipping to a different address/with a different method:

At this time, all items in your order must be sent to the same address using the same shipping method. To ship parts of your order to a different address or via a different shipping method, you will need to place separate orders.

Returns:

Please read the following return policy relating to items purchased from our Online Store.

Purchases from the Online Store cannot be returned to any Weight Watchers Meetings locations.

General Refunds.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from our Online Store, we will accept returns of all non-food items purchased within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less any shipping and handling.

Damaged or Defective Items.

If you receive damaged or defective items, we will either reship your order at no charge to you, or provide a full refund of your purchase price, including the shipping and handling charges on your original order. You will need to contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you would like to exchange your faulty item for a replacement, please contact Customer Service as set forth below.


Please note that in warmer months there is some risk that chocolate snack bars will arrive melted. Unfortunately we cannot control the temperature and conditions the bars are exposed to once they leave our fulfillment center. We recommend refrigerating the melted bars to return them to their normal state.We do not consider these items defective or damaged and this return policy does not apply to them.

How to Return.

Please note that purchases from the Online Store cannot be returned to any Weight Watchers Meetings locations. If you decide to return an item, please contact Customer Service at 1 (855) 868-4545 or via shop@weightwatchers.com. A representative will provide you with a return authorization number and further information on the return process. Please note that returns sent back to us without a Return Authorization are processed as unauthorized returns, which can delay processing and in some cases result in us being unable to match the return to your account.
