Ingredients
Rhubarb

Water
1 Tbsp
Orange
1 large, peeled, seeds and white pith removed, segmented
Banana
1 medium, sliced
Fresh lemon juice
3 Tbsp
Apple
1 medium, red-skinned, quartered, cored, thinly sliced
Pear
1 medium, quartered, cored, thinly sliced
Sugar substitute
¼ tsp, optional
Instructions

Place rhubarb in a microwave-safe bowl. Add water and micrwave until soft (or cook on stove for about 5 minutes).

Combine all fruits in a medium bowl and sweeten with sugar substitute if desired.
