Ingredients

uncooked rhubarb

1 cup(s)

water

1 Tbsp

orange(s)

1 large, peeled, seeds and white pith removed, segmented

banana(s)

1 medium, sliced

fresh lemon juice

3 Tbsp

fresh apple(s)

1 medium, red-skinned, quartered, cored, thinly sliced

pear(s)

1 medium, quartered, cored, thinly sliced

sugar substitute

¼ tsp, optional

Instructions

  1. Place rhubarb in a microwave-safe bowl. Add water and micrwave until soft (or cook on stove for about 5 minutes).
  2. Combine all fruits in a medium bowl and sweeten with sugar substitute if desired.
