uncooked rhubarb1 cup(s)
orange(s)1 large, peeled, seeds and white pith removed, segmented
banana(s)1 medium, sliced
fresh lemon juice3 Tbsp
fresh apple(s)1 medium, red-skinned, quartered, cored, thinly sliced
pear(s)1 medium, quartered, cored, thinly sliced
sugar substitute¼ tsp, optional
- Place rhubarb in a microwave-safe bowl. Add water and micrwave until soft (or cook on stove for about 5 minutes).
- Combine all fruits in a medium bowl and sweeten with sugar substitute if desired.
