Fresh, juicy watermelon is delicious on its own, but when you top it with a creamy almond-scented spread and pile on berries, chocolate chips, and toasted almonds, it becomes an elegant dessert. The modest amount of chocolate chips and almonds makes a surprisingly big impact, making the dish feel rich and indulgent. You can assemble the pizza an hour or two ahead and stash it in the fridge until you’re ready to serve it; that way, every element will be refreshingly cold.
