This frothy, fruity drink hails from Latin America. It's the perfect low-calorie refresher on a hot summer day. And it couldn't be easier to make, so it may become your go-to party drink from now on. Simply process the ripe mango, fresh watermelon, ice cubes, skim milk, and sugar in a blender until everything is smooth. Divide the drink among glasses, then garnish with lime wedges. Feel free to add a touch of vodka or rum while blending to make this a delicious adult beverage; just keep in mind that any additional alcohol will affect the nutritional value of the recipe.

Lime
