Watermelon fries with protein dip

If you need some encouragement to eat more fruit, try this fun snack. We cut watermelon into "fries" and serve them with a fruity, protein-rich dip made with cottage cheese. Fruit fries and cream dip for dunking? Yes and yes! You can use a mandoline for perfectly cut fries, or simply cut the melon into sticks with a knife.


Ingredients
Fat free cottage cheese
¼ cup(s)
Raspberries
¼ cup(s)
Maple syrup
2 tsp
Vanilla extract
¼ tsp
Watermelon
1 cup(s), cut into sticks
Instructions

In a mini food processor, process the cottage cheese, raspberries, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. Spoon the dip into a bowl and serve with the watermelon.
