Walking Turkey Tacos
Uncooked 99% fat-free ground turkey breast
No -salt-added canned tomato sauce
WW Nacho tortilla chips crunchy snack (SmartPoints packaging)
¾ cup(s), chopped
Reduced-fat cheddar cheese

- Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat the pan over medium-high heat. Crumble the turkey into the pan and sprinkle with chili powder, salt, cumin, and garlic powder. Cook until the turkey is no longer pink, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently to crumble. Stir in the tomato sauce; cook until thickened, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Open chips pouches. Scoop a scant ½ cup of the turkey mixture into each pouch; top each with 2 tbsp tomatoes, 1 ½ tbsp cheese, 2 tsp scallions, and a few jalapeño slices.
