Ingredients

WW WW Crunchy snack variety pack (nacho tortilla chips)

8 pouch(es)

Uncooked 95% lean ground beef

1½ pound(s)

Chili seasoning mix

1 Tbsp

Canned diced tomatoes with green chilies

10 oz

Romaine lettuce

2 cup(s), shredded

Tomato

1 cup(s), diced

Shredded cheddar cheese

10 Tbsp

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

8 Tbsp

Store-bought guacamole (no oil or sugar)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles.
  2. Cook for 6-8 minutes and drain fat.
  3. Stir in chili seasoning mix, canned tomatoes and green chiles, and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until thickened, 18-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Just before serving, cut open chip bags, adding beef mixture and toppings. Enjoy!
