- Stir together the ricotta, maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl.
- Toast the waffles according to the package directions.
- Place a waffle on each of 4 plates and top evenly with the ricotta mixture. Sprinkle evenly with the blueberries and pecans. Yields 1 waffle, 1/2 cup blueberries, and 1 tablespoon pecans per serving.
