This recipe is designed to yield just one berry-yogurt pop, but feel free to scale up all the ingredients to make a whole bunch at once so you can store them in the freezer to have on hand at a moment's notice. You'll love having this sweet, cold treat at the ready. All you have to do is stir the lowfat Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries, sugar, and grated lemon zest in a bowl until well combined, then freeze in a pop mold or paper cup. Keep in mind that it'll take about 3 hours for the pops to firm up completely, so you may need to plan ahead.

Instructions

  1. Stir together all ingredients in small bowl. Transfer to freezer-pop mold (or use 9-ounce paper cup, cover top with foil, and insert wooden stick.) Freeze until solid, about 3 hours.
