Very Berry Yogurt Pop

This recipe is designed to yield just one berry-yogurt pop, but feel free to scale up all the ingredients to make a whole bunch at once. All you have to do is stir the Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries, sugar, and grated lemon zest in a bowl until well combined, then freeze in a pop mold or paper cup for a minimum of 3 hours.


Ingredients
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
½ cup(s)
Raspberries
¼ cup(s), or blueberries
Sugar
1 tsp
Lemon zest
⅛ Tbsp, grated
Instructions

Stir together all the ingredients in a small bowl. Transfer to a freezer-pop mold (or use 9-ounce paper cup, cover top with foil, and insert wooden stick.) Freeze until solid, about 3 hours.
