Instructions

Preheat DASH Egg Bite Maker for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, beat eggs in a medium bowl; stir in cottage cheese, salt, and pepper.

Fill 1 DASH silicone cup with water and pour into Egg Bite Maker; place all 4 silicone cups in Egg Bite Maker. Place ½ tbsp tomato and feta in each cup; pour egg each mixture into each cup so that cups are 3/4s full. Cover; let sit until cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
