Thin crust Greek pizza
Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
½ cup(s), halved
Roasted red peppers (packed in water)
¼ cup(s), sliced
5 medium, Kalamata, pitted, quartered
Crumbled feta cheese
1 small, sliced
2 tsp, chopped fresh
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place pizza crust on a baking sheet; bake 2 -4 minutes to desired crispness. Remove from oven; sprinkle evenly with mozzarella. Top with tomatoes, roasted pepper, olives, feta, and scallions; bake until tomatoes soften a bit and mozzarella melts, about 4 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with dill.
