shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese¼ cup(s)
grape tomatoes½ cup(s), halved
roasted red peppers (packed in water)¼ cup(s), sliced
olive(s)5 medium, Kalamata, pitted, quartered
crumbled feta cheese2 Tbsp
uncooked scallion(s)1 small, sliced
dill2 tsp, chopped fresh
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place pizza crust on a baking sheet; bake 2 -4 minutes to desired crispness. Remove from oven; sprinkle evenly with mozzarella. Top with tomatoes, roasted pepper, olives, feta, and scallions; bake until tomatoes soften a bit and mozzarella melts, about 4 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with dill.
