Fresh lime juice

Tequila

Jalapeño pepper

Sugar

Chili powder
½ tsp
Cilantro

Garlic

Uncooked shrimp

Instructions

Stir together lime juice, tequila, jalapeño, sugar, chile powder, and 2 tablespoons cilantro in small bowl; set aside.

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and salt; cook, stirring, until garlic is fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook, stirring, until opaque in center, about 4 minutes. Transfer shrimp to serving platter; cover to keep warm.

Add lime mixture to skillet and increase heat to high. Cook, stirring, until reduced, about 2 minutes. Pour lime mixture over shrimp; sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons cilantro.
