Ingredients
Uncooked rolled oats
1½ cup(s)
Sliced almonds (unsalted, no oil or sugar added)
½ cup(s)
Unsweetened coconut flakes
¼ cup(s)
Sugar
1 Tbsp
Table salt
¼ tsp
Ground ginger
¼ tsp
Cayenne pepper
¼ tsp, (or ground cinnamon if you prefer sweet granola)
Ground nutmeg
¼ tsp
Coconut oil
3 Tbsp
Maple syrup
¼ cup(s)
Vanilla extract
¼ tsp
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325℉. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine oats, nuts, coconut, sugar, salt, ginger, cayenne, and nutmeg.

In a small saucepan over low heat, warm oil and maple syrup. Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla. Pour over oat mixture and gently stir to combine. Spread in an even layer on prepared pan.

Bake until fragrant and toasty, stirring once, 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool before serving.
