2% reduced fat milk

Jell-O Sugar Free Fat Free Cheesecake Instant Pudding & Pie Filling

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

½ cup(s)

Fat free whipped topping

1½ cup(s)

Strawberries

1 cup(s), roughly chopped

Lily's Baking chips dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Add milk to pudding mix and whisk until starting to set (about 2 min). Fold in Greek yogurt and whipped topping until combined.
  2. Gently fold in strawberries.
  3. Split mixture amongst 24 molds (I use an ice cube tray) and freeze until hardened (at least 4 hours).
  4. Melt chocolate according to package directions. Drizzle melted chocolate over ice cream bites. Store in the freezer and enjoy!
  5. Serving size: 1 ice cream bite

Notes

Garnish with optional crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
