Ingredients

fresh spinach

½ pound(s), cooked and drained

fresh tomato(es)

1 cup(s), chopped

basil

1 cup(s), fresh

table salt

crushed red pepper flakes

grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender; process to desired consistency. Yields about 3 tablespoons per serving.
