Ingredients
Uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
½ cup(s)
Flavcity All-In-One Protein Smoothie Powder Vanilla Cream
1 packet(s), (or 1 scoop)
Plain unsweetened almond milk (vitamin and mineral fortified)
⅓ cup(s)
Carrots
¼ cup(s), thinly sliced
Pineapple
¼ cup(s)
Ground cinnamon
¼ tsp
Vanilla extract
½ tsp
Walnuts (unsalted, dry roasted or raw, no sugar added)
1½ Tbsp, chopped
Instructions

Place the oats in a small jar or bowl.

In a blender, blend the FlavCity protein powder and almond milk until smooth. Add the carrots, pineapple, cinnamon, and vanilla. Pulse until well combined and carrot and pineapple are finely minced.

Add the protein mixture to the jar of oats. Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

To serve, top with the walnuts.
