Enjoy this smoky-herby twist on air-popped popcorn. Can’t find your hot-air popper? Place 2 tbsp popcorn in a paper lunch bag, fold the open end 3 times to close, place bag in microwave, standing up, and cook on High 2 to 4 minutes. To avoid burnt kernels, stop when popping slows to 2 to 3 seconds between pops. Makes about 4 cups.

Plain air popped popcorn (prepared without oil)

2 cup(s), hot

Dried oregano

¾ tsp

Paprika

½ tsp, smoked variety

Lime zest

Ground cumin
