Ingredients

Low sodium soy sauce

Dark brown sugar

1 Tbsp

Jarred minced garlic

1 Tbsp

Minced ginger

1 Tbsp

Rice wine vinegar

1 Tbsp

Garlic chili paste

1 tsp

Instructions

  1. In shallow bowl, whisk all ingredients. Add 3 lb of salmon or other fish (eight 6-oz fillets) and turn to coat. Marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
