Bananas and berries blended make a full bodied shake while the soy milk thins it out and adds a hint of richness. Vanilla and honey round out the flavors and bring an almost dessert-like quality. Make it as you like with different berries such as strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries, or buy a frozen mixture. Frozen mango or pineapple are also great in this shake. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a tall glass. Yields about 2 cups per serving.
