Making this smoothy is easier that brewing a pot of coffee and so much more satisfying. Bananas and berries blended make a full bodied shake while the soy milk thins it out and adds a hint of richness. Vanilla and honey round out the flavors and bring an almost dessert-like quality. Make it as you like with different berries such as strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries, or buy a frozen mixture. Frozen mango or pineapple are also great in this shake.
