Making this smoothy is easier that brewing a pot of coffee and so much more satisfying. Bananas and berries blended make a full bodied shake while the soy milk thins it out and adds a hint of richness. Vanilla and honey round out the flavors and bring an almost dessert-like quality. Make it as you like with different berries such as strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries, or buy a frozen mixture. Frozen mango or pineapple are also great in this shake. Kids and adults will both enjoy the fruity flavors in this shake. So fast to prepare, this shake is a wonderful weekday start and super portable for days when time is tight.

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a tall glass. Yields about 2 cups per serving.
